Dish orders
How dish orders work
- A stall orders from its portal, or you press New order when one phones in or asks at the counter.
- Wash and stack the items, then press Ready. The stall gets a message.
- When you hand them over (the stall collects them, or you bring them to the stall), press Hand over and count. That count is what gets billed.
- Handed-over orders wait under Billing. Nobody at the stall has to sign anything. When the stall runs low, it simply orders again.

How stock works
- Each hawker centre keeps its own stock. On the books is every piece a centre has. Of those, clean are washed and ready on the shelf, and out are handed over to stalls and not washed and put back yet.
- When you Hand over an order, its count moves from clean to out by itself.
- When pieces come back and are washed, press Washed & put back and enter how many of each: they move from out to clean. Anything broken or chipped in the wash is thrown out there and then. If clean shows below zero, the latest wash hasn't been entered yet.
- Count stock at a centre now and then, best at closing after the last wash. Enter the clean pieces you counted, and any still out at stalls or not washed yet: anything fewer than the books is written off, anything more is added back. The first count sets a centre's starting stock.
- Record loss any time something breaks or goes missing, and name the stall if one is responsible.
- Move between centres when clean pieces go from one centre to another: it is logged out of one and into the other.
- Add stock (restock) when new pieces arrive. Set a target per centre under Targets, and this page shows how many to buy to get back to it.

Tenants
About tenants
The stalls you wash for. Each has its own price list (what they can order and what they pay) and up to 3 users who can sign in to order: the owner, family or a helper. They sign in with their phone or email and a 6-digit code, and each gets messages in their own language. Add, switch off or swap people under Users.
Billing
Handed-over orders wait here until you invoice them.
How billing works
- Every handed-over order waits in Ready to bill, at the numbers counted at handover.
- Press Create invoice for one tenant, or Create all invoices for everyone at once. Orders are added up per item, so a stall gets one short invoice.
- Open an invoice to print it or save it as a PDF. Nothing is sent to the tenant automatically and nothing needs their acknowledgement (unless they are set to Invoice each order).
- When money comes in, open the invoice and Record payment.

Invoices
Items & prices
What stalls can order, charged per piece counted at handover. Every tenant has their own price list, under Tenants → Price list; the default price here is only the starting point when a tenant is added.
Dish washing items (charged per piece counted at handover)
Advanced: units
How an item is charged. Everything is per piece to start with; add another unit (per crate, per set) only if you need one.
Office sign-ins
The people who sign in to this office side with an email and password. Tenants never appear here; they sign in with a code, and you manage them under Tenants → Users.
Messages
Every message the system sends to tenants and the office, by email and Telegram. Nobody in the office has to type these.
About messages
Every message the system sent, by email and Telegram, and whether it got through. Each of a tenant's active users gets their own copy, in their own language. Until email or Telegram is set up, messages show as Demo, not sent so you can read what would have gone out. If one failed, open it and press Send again.
